Trademarks

This policy governs permitted and prohibited uses of Pixel Password names, logos, and other brand identifiers. It is intended to prevent consumer confusion, reduce impersonation risk, and preserve trust in official Pixel Password products and services.

Pixel Password names, logos, icons, product branding, and related visual identifiers are proprietary to Pixel Password and are protected by applicable trademark, unfair competition, and related laws.

You may use our marks without additional written permission only where the use is accurate and non-confusing:

• Use the name Pixel Password in plain text solely for factual, nominative reference
• Make truthful compatibility statements, such as "compatible with Pixel Password"
• Link to official Pixel Password websites or product pages

These permitted uses do not authorize any statement or presentation that implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, certification, or official status.

• Use of Pixel Password marks in a domain name, app name, company name, or product name
• Use of logos, icons, or brand assets in advertising, sponsored content, or commercial promotions
• Use of Pixel Password branding on merchandise, packaging, or paid service offerings
• Any co-branding, partner-badge, or endorsement presentation using Pixel Password marks
• Any use beyond factual descriptive reference

Without express written authorization, the following uses are prohibited:

• Distributing harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized software under Pixel Password branding
• Using our marks to suggest that an unofficial site, app, service, or communication is official
• Charging for official Pixel Password software, access, or support in a manner that misrepresents origin, ownership, or authorization
• Requiring personal information as a condition of fake or unauthorized downloads
• Distributing modified builds while presenting Pixel Password branding as if the build were official
• Altering, distorting, abbreviating, or combining our marks in a confusing or misleading manner

Open-source license rights and trademark rights are separate. A software license may permit modification or redistribution of code, but it does not, by itself, grant trademark usage rights.

If you distribute a modified build, you must apply distinct branding so users can readily determine that the release is not an official Pixel Password release.

Where practical, include a trademark attribution statement, for example: "Pixel Password is a trademark of Pixel Password."

Reports of suspected misuse of Pixel Password marks should be sent to:

Reports should include available supporting details:

• Relevant URL, domain, or app store listing
• Screenshots or comparable evidence
• Reason the use appears unauthorized, misleading, or deceptive
• Date observed and any material context

Pixel Password may revise this Trademarks policy from time to time. Revisions are effective as of the "Last updated" date shown above.
